8 GREEN FLAG (quote yang bagus)

Specific brand + model + Wp + jumlah + verified tier-1 listing.

2. Brand inverter + model + ESDM + warranty

Brand + model + ESDM listing + garansi durasi + monitoring app.

3. Mounting brand + flashing detail

Brand mounting + material rail + bracket type + flashing brand + warranty.

4. Kabel solar brand + cross-section

8 RED FLAG (hindari atau push back)

Bahasa marketing untuk panel non-tier-1. Tier-1 Bloomberg adalah list specific. Push: "Brand spesifik mana? Cek di BNEF terbaru."

2. "Inverter branded"

✗ "Inverter branded 5 kW"

Vague. Brand mana? Sertifikat ESDM? Push: "Brand + model + ESDM listing."

3. "Mounting standar industri"

✗ "Mounting + kabel standar industri sesuai atap"

Tidak ada brand atau spec. Push: "Brand mounting + flashing + kabel mana?"

4. Total price tanpa breakdown

✗ "Sistem 5 kWp lengkap Rp 75 juta"

Single line tanpa detail. Push: "Bisa kasih breakdown per komponen?"

Kalau installer defensive, skip. Quote yang serius transparant.

5. Garansi vague "garansi penuh"

✗ "Garansi penuh sistem"

Apa yang dicakup? Berapa tahun? Push: "Garansi panel berapa tahun + via distributor mana, garansi inverter berapa tahun, garansi workmanship berapa tahun."

6. Tanpa sertifikasi atau dokumen

✗ Quote tanpa mention SLO, PLTS Atap, ESDM, IEC

Push: "Sistem akan dapat SLO? Akan didaftarkan PLTS Atap? Sertifikasi panel + inverter mana?"

Tanpa SLO + PLTS Atap, sistem teknis bisa pasang tapi ngga legal commission ke grid PLN.

7. Harga jauh lebih murah dari market

✗ Quote Rp 50 jt untuk 5 kWp on-grid (vs market range Rp 75-100 jt).

50% lebih murah dari competitor = sangat suspicious. Kemungkinan:

• Komponen tier inferior atau no-name
• Skip mounting/proteksi (pasang ngga aman)
• Skip dokumen/sertifikasi
• Charge extra later via "additional cost"

8. Pressure waktu / "diskon hari ini doang"

Sales tactic untuk push DP tanpa proper diligence. Quote yang serius valid 14-30 hari standar.

Skip atau minta extend validity. Installer yang push hard = sales-driven, bukan honest.
